Lost a few stone
Getting hair cut and colour
Currently long blonde layered and not sure whether to keep this just tidied up or different blonde style or have cut into long bob inch below chin and go darker.
Middle aged but want to look sophisticated and sexy but don't want to regret cutting long hair too short,
Opinions please on new look or not.

Going to a Christmas party and want to look classy but sexy but has taken me years to grow hair long.

Anyone help opinions please?

Hi I had long blond till 2 days ago and got it cut shoulder length, kinda regret it, but I knew it was for the best as hair wasnt in best condition. Why not see what hairdresser recommends and get some subtle hilights and maybe nothing too drastic to begin with?

Yeah just feel like I want to look hot different to oh as used to me if you know what I mean.
But will probably regroup cutting long hair off!!?

What is your natural hair colour and general skin/eye colouring? This might help with ideas for what colour to go. You can cut your hair shorter, but still keep it long enough to clip up/put into a pony tail.

Are you having it bleached blonde in a salon or doing it yourself? Do you want something needing a salon every 6 weeks or looking for home solutions/colours?

Just don't go too short... chances are you'll regret it!
(That might just be me, but 15m in from the pixie of regret I REALLY regret it!)

Try a long wavy bob to your shoulders and see how you like it. You can always have a couple inches cut off later.

Ah that is shit - I hate getting my hair done and it can so easily be awkward.

Yes and I am very pleased with it and hairdresser was lovely in the end.
Had it cut into a chin length bob with blonde and brown.
Looks really good and classy but can ruffle up to look abit sexy.
All worked out well in the end.
