Are they worth it as an anti-aging/skin clearing device or just the latest hype product? If they are worth it, can anyone recommend one?

Yes I have the project E one

Red light and Green light 20 mins each daily.

Need to try and be more consistent but it does reduce fine lines and help pigmentation.

I have Asian/Indian skin

Along with Phillips Lumea laser and skin ceuticals Vitamin C & Glutathione tablet. My skin is perfect

Radio4 sliced bread or BS had an episode about these. I think the conclusion was BS because the marketing claims far outweigh the scientific benefits.

Ooh now I remember it slightly differently, my take was that the blue light that they say is good for acne was useless but that the red light did work to an extent - but that may be what you are saying, not going to give the benefits of a face lift but it was good for your skin .

I have the currentbody one, no change to my wrinkles but I'm not as grey looking for certain so has boosted my complexion.
