RED light mask therapy - worth it or not?

Just curious if anyone has found it helps to rejuvenate skin, reduce wrinkles etc? if so, which make.

I have been using red light for the past 10 years. Not for the purpose of clearing wrinkles, but for healing my cold sores.

i was desperate for the answer to my frequent outbreaks of cold sores. I heard about red light therapy, didn’t believe it could really help but was willing to give it a go (just in case)

well I can tell you that although red light can’t cure cold sores, it can shorten the length of time and the severity of an outbreak. My lips heal much quicker than before.

I have not tried it on wrinkles but I sure will give it a go.
