Which trousers?

i like both these companies and their clothes. Which trousers would you go for? (Ignoring which colours are in the sale etc, just going by the style of the trousers.) I’m a sort of apple shape at the moment with muscular legs, if that matters. I’d wear them to relax in and also for yoga, and dressing after sea swimming, that sort of thing.

You would need long legs for the second pair as those cuffs will visually shorten the leg.

I wouldn't wear either of those to get change into after sea swimming. Both are cotton and will absorb water and get cold and heavy. I speak from experience! For after swimming you want to something fleecey, or micro fleece and loose fitting to drag on quickly! I got my perfect after swim loose fit micro fleece joggers from Finnistere a few years ago, but I have seen similar in Lululemon. I've also used DS's thick joggers which are polyester/cotton mix and came from somewhere like Asda.

Neither. They'll be all baggy-arsed. Might as well just wear joggers from M& S or yoga pants.

This type of thing

I swim all year round and dry off before dressing- have a changing coat which does a good job in winter of partially drying me, then finish with a towel! I have some thick joggers I put on in winter, but I can’t wear them for yoga as I get far too hot. Looking for something that looks nice but is also comfortable and versatile for different activities.

Go Balance Wrap Waist Yoga Leggings | Goodmove | M&S
Won't go all baggy, should last, and comfy.

What about harem pants? Not everyone's style but they're loose, comfortable and accommodate for muscular legs.

BuntyVisitsTheMoon · 24/11/2024 12:10

I like both styles, but the urban goddess pair look softer for chilling out and doing yoga.
I would wear the batabooms for daywear with a white tee and chunky grey cardigan.

I want a pair of the batabooms but can't understand the leg length symbol 'SL' ?

I am 5'4 and afraid they might be so long that they'd bunch at the ankle.
Anyone know the brand?

I think it’s short leg (and regular and long). I’m 166cm/ 5’5 and RL is good for me.

I have some Buddhapants which I like, and others I wear in summer just casually, but most harems are made from quite thin material so not ideal for cooler weather.
