I just need a spare pair so don’t want to spend a fortune! I have my prescription so can anyone recommend a good online retailer please? Thank you.

They are all the same.

Send your prescription to them and save a fortune.

I've used Glasses Direct a few times. Very happy with them. Handy frame selection tool, possibility to trial frames at home and no quibble money back if unhappy (I've never been unhappy with final ones). Online guidance for shaping leg length. Last time, I ended up with 3 pairs (vdu, driving and driving sunglasses) and still saved £££ from one pair at optician.

It depends on your prescription, mine are about the same whether I get them from Specsavers or online. If you have a complicated prescription it's far better to get them from an optician

I love Cubitts, but they don't do complicated prescriptions.

I use Glasses2U and have found them to be very good.

Thanks for all the suggestions- I will check them out. My lenses are cardinals.
