I need something that can sit on my desk/dressing table. I've tried and disliked those plastic trays with compartments for lipsticks and the plastic brush holders. I would prefer one unit for everything. I've been looking at Stackers but its very expensive for what it is.
Pics of your system woukd be welcome!

A series of wooden bowls on a dressing table.

Pretty much all the makeup I own is in daily use and therefore in the large makeup bag I carry around to work.

Spares of my favourites and eyeshadow pallets that I buy and never use live in a drawers unit in the bathroom alongside face cream, HRT, cotton wool and other bits of toiletries.

OP,

Search Boxalls Rotating Makeup Organiser on Amazon. I’ve limited space on my dressing table and bought this. It’s great. I just spin it around to get to my stuff. It’s really good quality for what you pay, it’s quite tall too. I think they’re on Black Friday offer.

I’ve had acrylic drawers and stackers but the rotating one I’ve got now is the best storage I’ve used. It’s really solid and easy to set up. Watch the video on Amazon.

I’d link it but I don’t want to log out of my Amazon account.

Transparent make-up cases so I can find everything quickly.

I like Stackers. I currently have a mirror thar has base tray and my most used items , because let's face it who always puts it away, sit there.

I tend to use the tray for the items that need to be washed weekly - ish like my eyebrow combs, as if they are out I will see them.

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 22/11/2024 21:28

I've got the smaller Stackers one - treated myself Toit for my birthday earlier in the year and think it was about £65. I like it a lot - stupid money, but it looks really nice. I've significantly culled my make unto, so I didn't need to hold loads.

I got this one recently from Browns.

If you go on amazon there are lots of storage systems for cosmetics. Do you want one that you can completely close? I kind of like this if I didn't have a drawer in my bathroom:
