Gentle advice for apple shape post mastectomy

I am a few weeks past a double mastectomy (early cancer in both breasts) and having decided not to go for reconstruction am unsure how to dress my new shape.
As a kind of buxom apple I previously wore v necks, wrap dresses etc. Now I am flat chested with a belly and just don't know where to begin. I don't expect miracles but would appreciate any advice or guiding principles .

My friend who had a double mastectomy and is similarly apple shaped wears tops with necklines with ties or ruffles etc to add volume or structured jackets/blazers open to give a vertical line. Sometimes she chooses to wear breast forms if that is the look she feels like that day - I remember her saying that stopping thinking of them as fake boobs and instead as like shoulder pads helped.

I wear soft breast forms in a bralette.
