Help with DD skincare

DD is 9 & she’s developed some tiny spot like bumps under her skin on her cheeks the past few weeks & not really sure what’s caused them. We’ve not changed any soap etc. Does anyone know how I can get rid of these?

On another note she’s been pestering me about starting some skincare (all her friends have started) so I’m looking into this also but want to be super careful on what I let her have & want something gentle on her young skin. Does anyone have any suggestions? I’ve been told cerave or possibly byoma but if anyone has any recommendations I’d be grateful. Literally just thinking a cleanser & moisturiser nothing else as I’m fully aware they don’t need it at this age!

Thanks

She's 9, soap and water is plenty, she doesn't need a skincare routine

Honestly just no, 9year olds just need to wash their face.
