80s Party

I'm going to an 80s party in a couple of weeks.

I am PANICKING about the outfit.

Some people are wearing neon stuff. Leggings, bodysuit, leg warmers. Others are wearing metallic tights and shiny tops.

I don't know what to do!! If you've been on an 80s night out, please tell me what you wore!!

I wore thick leg warmers over the shin area of my straight leg jeans, pixie boots, 'new romantic' style blouse and big button earrings. This is also exactly what i wore as a teen in the early to mid 80s. Non of that neon stuff lol.

What I wore for a night out in the 80s: Vintage black lace cocktail dress, black heels, black elbow gloves, black hat with veil. Masses of black & plum eyeshadow in a pointy almond shape, deep contouring, sparkly highlighters, plum lipstick and nails. Much hair. Dripping diamante.

I did branch out into neons sometimes, but night time was all pointy, black, plum and shiny! (I smelt of Poison, but you guessed that, didn't you?!)
