Best Illuminated Mirror?

I'm keen to buy a mirror for someone who needs good lighting to do their make-up in. As there's so many on the market, I'm not confident in choosing the right one. It'll need to be a freestanding one to go on a dressing table. I'm happy to pay around £50 or so. TIA.

I believe a lot of make up artists rate ilios. No idea on prices though. I got a 20 x mag one from Amazon it's scary good.

I've got a cheap 20x mag illuminated one as well from Amazon. I love it, as I can see properly to pluck my eyebrows etc.

I've also got a not-magnifying illuminated mirror which is useless. It just seems to emphasise every hollow on my face and yet still not let me see myself well enough to do make-up.

I've got a simplehuman one which is brilliant- but they are expensive!

What size do you have? I like the smallest one as it folds up so you can take it out with you. Although, I do think the bigger ones are better so you can see more. It's much more than what I'd like to spend, but I do think this has the extra oomph about it compared to the others.

Simplehuman are the best, I couldn’t be without mine - I’ve got the 5x magnification which is great for putting on makeup and comes with a mini 10x mirror that attaches and is perfect for plucking brows and finding blackheads 😳

It was expensive but worth every penny for me - I used to hate winter mornings so much trying to put on make-up in dim light.

That's a great saving. Now toying to get the second larger one.
