Shapewear bodysuit - as a top??

Could anyone recommend a long sleeved black high neck (preferably) bodysuit that's 'shapewear' i.e. sucks your belly in a bit, but that is intended to be worn as a top with nothing over it? That's not underwear, I mean. I've seen the Heist version but not sure if it is supposed to be underwear. Thanks!

There are some in the Skims range. I like my Spanx arm toner top. I wear it under lots of tops and dresses I wouldn't wear due to bingo wings.

Is the fabric suitable to wear it alone though, or will I just look like I've forgotten to put my top on??
