Which dress? Please help

Looking for a maxi/midi practical party dress for a 5' person. No tight dresses please and ideally I need to high my belly. Lots of wide dresses with puffy sleeves are trending at the moment which I think will be hideous on a short person My size is typically 10/12 UK depending on shape or brand and how it sits on the breast which in my case needs to be roomy..

The event is a significant birthday (50s!) in a posh gastro pub so I want to be comfortable but look like I've made an effort.

Please help! I only have time to shop online and no idea where to start!

@MissyB1 yes it looks good in theory. Slightly worried it is too long and can't think of which shoes go with this dress, but definitely not what the model's wearing
