What shoes to wear with this dress?

I've just bought this for a party but I don't know what shoes to wear with it. I can't stand uncomfortable shoes but I don't think I can get away with flats because I have quite big legs so a bit of a heel gives some definition to my legs. Maybe heeled boots? I just want to be comfortable otherwise I don't have a good night!

I'd wear with black tights and heeled black boots for a winter party! Probably jazzy tights too (e.g polka dots or gems)

bit of a heel but should be easy to stand and walk in.
