My sister needs an AMAAAAZING wedding outfit

She is in her 20s and Kylie-sized and needs a fabulous dress for a wedding v v soon (for various reasons she really really needs to look fab) - dress will be a bday present from family so budget less important than fabulousness. She has been shopping, been on net-a-porter and similar but can't find anything at all. Anyone seen anything lovely?

I saw a bright pink tartan one on Lorraine Kelly and fell in love with it - their dresses are just lovely!

I love the colour of this, and the shape. I like this too, or this is interesting, but goodness knows how you'd find a jacket to go with it.

Thanks all, I am looking through the links. Its an all day thing if that helps any, starting in the morning. Oh and she's more classic than funky, really. But still fashiony.

Ooh I like the Row one, but do you think it looks like the Roland Mouret rip offs that were all over the place a couple of years ago? It would have to look bloody stunning on, to justify the price, don't you think? There is a Matches near her, though, and I don't know if she's been there yet to look.

The other thing that's hard, and I am in the same boat, is that she is (and I am) properly tiny, height-wise. She is also (and I am not so much) tiny size-wise. That should help in theory. But full length things are out, really. And there is not really time to get anything altered to fit.
