Pink hair dye

What’s the best Pink hair dye? Ideally without bleaching first. I want a baby pink or powder pink color. I have reddish grey some parts white hair

You won’t get a shade of pink that’s lighter than your existing colour without bleaching it first. I use Shrine Drops (on bleached hair - sorry) which is semi-permanent and allows you to go paler or brighter shades of pink.
