MIL specific request

My MIL wants a slightly silky long sleeved round or turtle neck top. She has one already. Says it has a slight sheen and a bit of elastane - see pic. What on earth do I search for or will I need to go looking in real life (horror of horrors)

Find out where the one she likes is from and look there. Can you find the same top on Vinted?

Do you know what its made from? It looks like a base layer I'd wear skiing and I have something similar in silk. The label on mine in unreadable now though. Maybe look at sports wear places.
