40th birthday gift

My DH has asked what I'd like for upcoming 40th birthday. Had a very difficult year and I'm struggling to get my head into celebrating but I know he wants to get something special. I've got a nice watch, couple of nice bags and I can't really think of anything. I love designers like Celine, Chanel, Loewe (equally happy shopping in M&S and Vinted so not a brag.) I just wondered if anyone had anything on their wish lists for some inspo. I'm great at picking gifts for others but not so much for myself. Thanks ladies

I would say a bag or a piece of jewellery. Celine has a lot of classic bags for 2000-3000

Depending on budget of course but for a special birthday I would like something that I would remember / keep for ever, so

Jewellery - silver cuff or bangle
Diamond studs, pearl earrings,

Picture, small sculpture,

Tree for garden (as long as I thought it was my permanent home) , if not a carved bench that I could move with me to another house eg sundial

Special edition of a favourite book - like the cloth printed penguins etc

Or a special stay somewhere or amazing lunch - my lovely friend chose lunch at the Savoy for her 50th whilst another friend went to Berlin for a weekend to celebrate being 40
