Clothes shopping in Glasgow

I'll be in Glasgow for a few days and wondered where is good for clothes shopping (for myself)

I see there is a HOF and Marks, but any others of note. I'm not in the budget for extra pricey designer gear, but something nice.

Glasgow city centre is a bit crap for clothes shopping now unfortunately. The M&S isn't a good one IMO. Stick to Buchanan Street. There's a big H&M, a John Lewis, Victoria's Secret. There's a Space NK in Princes Square, and there's also Buchanan Galleries.

Ah - a lot like many city/town centres now I guess.

I have a couple of days to myself so figured i might as well pick up a couple of Xmas party outfits whilst there.

H & M usually has something to please my wallet so will check that out for sure. JohnLewis too.

I echo @owlexpress Your best bet is to stick to the shopping centres. Buchanan Galleries - on Buchanan Street - as mentioned, is in the City Centre. You also have The Glasgow Fort, Silverburn and Braehead.

Decent enough bus options from the city centre to all of them.

I'll have the car for use if necessary (I won't drive into city) so might try Braehead as it's not too far from where am staying.

Oh I love a day out in the city, loads of lovely places to eat and lots of walking.

Buchanan Street definitely, Frasers, Mint Velvet, Zara, H&M - Buchanan Street – Glasgow Shops and then there's Princes Square on Buchanan Street with Cos and Kurt Geiger - Shopping – Princes Square | Glasgow

If you go to Argyle Street there's a TK Maxx and a Primark and the M&S is okay.
