Need a conference stage outfit

I've been asked to deliver a session on the main stage at a fairly big industry conference next month. I've spoken at smaller events, but this is quite a big deal - for me and for my organisation. I need some outfit help!

I've recently lost 4 stone and am still on my weight loss journey. I don't want to spend a fortune on something that won't fit me in a couple of months, but, equally, I need to look the part. I'm 5ft 3 and now somewhere between a size 18 and a size 20.

I'm not keen on a dress (too much risk of flashing getting on and off stage / bar stools which seem to be the preferred staging for these things and I will feel really anxious about it).

I thought about trousers and a top, but it feels like I need a jacket, and blazers just look stupid on me (like I'm wearing dressing up clothes!).

My go-to would normally be a jumpsuit. I have this in my wardrobe, could this work or is it too evening?

Any other suggestions? Needs to work with flats as I don't do heels.

I think the jumpsuit would be fine. It's not obviously sparkly and largely looks like a blouse and trouser co-ord.

For on stage, that would be perfect, and the pockets get over the issue of your microphone pack which is always an issue with dresses.
I always go for something just a tad flashier than normal conference wear, no pattern (as it can look weird on the big screens), and a colour so you don't blend in with the back drop

Thanks @CMOTDibbler I hadn't even thought about a microphone pack. Previously I've just used a lectern mic! Thanks!

After the time I had to put the pack in my tights it is always my first consideration!

Yep, have got on WAY too intimate terms with sound guys when wearing a dress as they need to attach the radio mic to something- belt, waistband or pocket!

That jumpsuit looks perfect, congratulations on the talk.
