Question about Very returns

Hello all - my daughter wanted to send back a coat to Bershka but put on my Very returns label that I was about to use from returns to Very. The coat was £70 so we obviously want it back. Do you think we’ve lost it now? Any advice as I’m really annoyed about it 😕

I would ring their customer service and explain. You should have been given a proof of return slip either by the courier or at the post office, which will match what's on the parcel.

I expect they will just destroy it unfortunately and you won't get your money for your return
