Saw a few of these yesterday out shopping, are they any good? Don’t suffer from spots but interested in any ageing.

The doctor who does my Botox says that the type you buy in the shops do work, but you'd need to use them 2 hours a day to get a benefit. She sells a facial with time in a clinic level mask though, so she may be biased...

I'm not an expert but I watch a lot of YouTube videos! For anti aging, make sure it has near infrared wavelengths. It's a device you need to invest in to get results.
