I’m wearing a long dark green dress for New Year’s Eve. It’s relatively plain, so would like to bling it up a bit with a really sparkly statement necklace. Deep V neck, with broad shoulder straps, so I was thinking a Y or V shape necklace. Max budget around £100, 150 if it comes with matching earrings. Has anyone seen anything great?
