Evening tops with high waist black wide leg trousers?

Please help me. Where is good to find nice evening tops (dinner and drinks) that are slightly shorter to show off the high waist trousers.

I can tuck in a shirt or blouse but I really want a nice top that would either sit just at the waist or will be easier to tuck in.

Following with interest! You might be looking for something different, but I also want fitted tops - I don't want giant blouses or shirts! I would love a lace cami that was actually fitted/stretch in a nice fabric.

Yes! Definitely looking for more fitted top but not buttons like the blouses and shirts I have.

Preferably 3/4 or full length sleeves but wouldn't mind short sleeve.

Have you looked at those bodysuit type tops? You can get loads that look like blouses etc but then change to a stretchy bodysuit fabric beneath the trousers.

eta: not just blouses, I have a couple of fitted ones with corset style and both long and short sleeves!

Bodysuit? F&F at Tesco has some really lovely festive ones in at the moment in a variety of styles.

I've always been intrigued with bodysuits but they remind me of wearing them in the 90s. 😂🤦🏻‍♀️ Are they comfy enough?

I'd swerve bodysuits especially if you're drinking.
