Navy wedding shoes

I need shoes for my wedding in spring next year and am drawing a bit of a blank-can anyone help? They need to be:

Navy
Must be flat-absolutely no heel
Wide fit if possible
Happy with embellishments
Nothing that cuts into the ankle
Closed toe and closed back
Formal
As comfortable as possible

So I'm not asking for much(!) Any suggestions?

What is your budget? Monolo do a flat navy version of their Hangisi but obviously very expensive.

Navy ballet flats? Every one does them, what am I missing? . I would try vivaia or Jones the boot maker

Very few places do properly formal flats which is the issue, and most bridal places that do flats only have them in white.

Something from Rainbow and use the dye service?

Navy is quite niche

That's an idea, I'll have a look!

Oh that looks perfect but alas it's too expensive! Budget wise I'd be comfortable going up to around £150.
