Something "smart" for 13yo

We've got a birthday "thing" coming up. DCs need to be wearing something "smart". Not wedding smart, but up a little from smart/casual.

Not sure why but I'm stumped. And DC don't have much of an opinion 🙄

DD and DS. Both 13.

Any pointers, hints or links would be gratefully received! Thanks! x

Pair of chinos in beige/navy for D’s, and a top with a collar, even if just a polo shirt rather than a formal shirt. Trainers will probably be fine.

does dd like to wear dresses/skirts or trousers? Short skirt with black tights and jumper?
