Dressing gown possibilities

Thinking of asking for a dressing gown for Christmas. My dilemma is: fleece is light and cosy but can look a bit scraggy quite quickly. Cotton towelling stays looking nice but is heavy and not very cosy. Please someone tell me I'm wrong (especially with recommendations).
I particularly like:

Ooh lovely. I'm glad your search bore fruit. I hope you're snuggling in your Cece with a cup of coffee even as we speak.

I received the Seasalt gown for Christmas and it's lovely, a really good quality fleece.

Agreed, I'm very happy with mine. Puts a big smile on my face because it's so warm and soft!
