Help! New smart-casual work wardrobe

Hep! Hi all, I've just started back in a hybrid office job after being on mat leave. Having been pregnant or on mat leave the last 2 years and working mainly at home before then, I feel like my work wardrobe is really out of date and I'd love suggestions for your work staples including shoes. Office is quite casual but sometimes I'm out at customer events so need a mixture of casual/smart-casual.

I'm in my 30s, average height, size 8 but large bust (currently 32F) which restricts a lot of things as I like to dress modestly without looking frumpy which is hard with big boobs. I work in a trendy sector and the younger, very glamourous girls I work with are making me feel old fashioned as I've barely bought any clothes (apart from many different sized bras) in the last few years.

I'm looking for new makes. I used to wear a lot of Ted Baker, but obviously that's gone now... I see quite a lot of new designers advertised on instagram and wondering if anyone has tried out any of them. Most of my friends use Vinted but that seems a little time consuing for me working full time with a baby.
