Bad hair

I have been going to the same hairdresser for a number of years and have been happy but the last time I went it was agreed that my normal hairdresser would cut in my hair and the other hairdresser would color my hair because I do get it coloured.

Something went wrong this time and my hair looks awful and I don't think it's been cut very well either and I'm not able to go back to the hairdresser because I'm not at home According at another hairdresser where I am and asked how much it would cost to cut my hair and the hairdressers said to me your hair looks awful and he said it's longer one side than the other and it's just been hacked and he said the colour you've had put on it not even. I have never had this issue before with my hairdressing salon and I think in all honesty I prefer my own hairdresser to do the coloring but with regards to the cut my stylist cuts it much better usually. The hairdresser I went to to ask how much it would cost said to me you should go to a top headdresser rather than a Back Street hairdresser because if you go to a Back Street hairdresser then you will get something badly done to your hair so he said you have to pay a lot for a good haircut and I don't agree because the hairdresser I go to is in his opinion about backstreet hairdresser but I've seen women coming out of her salon looking top Dollar like a film star so I'm really at a loss trying to stand why my hair hasn't been cut correctly

I would go back to the first salon and give them chance to sort it (for free).

But if it’s so bad that you can’t live with it and you can’t get back to that area, then I would pay to have it put right.

Just remember your original hairdresser won’t be willing to correct it if you’ve had someone else treat it.

Personally I wouldn’t have left the salon if I wasn’t happy. But now would be making special arrangements to get back to the original place ASAP and they sort it out.

I know you’re not local but you don’t say whether that is an hour’s trip or a day’s trip, so don’t know how reasonable it is.

Well it looks nice in the salon because it was done by a professional but if it is cut properly I should be able to try to make it look as good as she did and I've been able to do that before. I have a photograph of a previous haircut that she gave me which looked really beautiful so she is capable so I don't know what went wrong this time and I did show that photo to the hairdresser I spoke to and he said well she can't do your hair properly so what happened this time and I said I've got no idea so what I'll do is I'll wait to like and see her again show her that photo and so can I have it looking like this
