I've worn ordinary nail polish for the past six weeks and now that I've stopped, my nails are now in a shocking state (I normally don't wear it). They're splitting and flaking. what product or supplement is best to fix this please?

Nails can be indicative of overall health. I have brittle nails and chronic health conditions.

I find the multivitamins for Skin Hair and Nails useful. B vitamins, Zinc, Iron, and Magnesium are in these and they all help with brittle nails.

Biotin and Collegen can be useful too.

As with anything check that they don't interact with any other medications you may be using or any health conditions you have.

Is it worth getting a blood test? My nails were shocking and it turned out that I was anaemic

Nunail is really good. I discovered it in lockdown, coming off years of acrylics. I’ve never had my nails done since. I just use that and keep them neat.

Collagen might help?
I’ve been using Ancient and Brave soluble powder for two months now and my nails are the strongest they’ve ever been. Before they were soft and flaky/splitting
