Hi All,

I am 13 months post partum.

I have extremelyyyy dry eyes and undereyes all of a sudden.

I did have lines underneath my eyes, people can it crows feet but I just think it's looking more like wrinkles now.

I am 31 years old.

My self confidence skin wise is so horrible.

I'm not helping myself either as Im not eating proper nutrious foods. I probably don't even have a full glass of water every day, I have sprite drinks however and tea!!! And plus I'm breastfeeding as my LO doesn't take bottle.

This is someone by the way who used to down 2 litres of water every day, I was so on it during pregnancy. But with PND and the anxieties that come with each day I comfort eat and drink and completely don't eat healthy.

This must all be contributing to my horrible skin. Is there anything safe I can use for under my eyes to relieve the appearance of these fine lines because it feels so tight and almost hard to open my eyes in mornings and the left eye keeps going dry and itchy and red and watering. I don't want something loaded with chemicals because I'm still breastfeeding.

Thank you in advance x

Following! I’ve not got any advice as I’m in a similar position, all of a sudden the skin around my eyes is dry and puffy. In the morning my eyes look very swollen. I’m older than you though and I’ve got a one year old, I’ve stopped bf.
In your case I would try and drink more water if you can, I think it’ll make a big difference. I use Cerave eye cream but I think I need to change it, it doesn’t seem to hydrate my skin anymore.
