Hey,

Does anyone have much experience with this is unfolded.

Trying to make more conscious fashion choices and I've ordered a dress from them to try it out.

However, i ordered it end of September and it's still not here. Now I expected a longer delivery time with their more slow fashion approach and this doesn't necessarily bother me. However, i was planning on ordering a christmas night out dress from them also and wondered if this a typical time scale for delivery?

Hiya - timescales vary and sometimes they have items ready to go, so it depends on the individual item. I find the quality is good, like the ethos and also they send you regular ‘help us pick the new collection’ surveys which I enjoy (opportunity to exercise my prejudice against any flouncy sleeves).
my only issue is that they don’t do returns - so if the sizing is off you’re stuck with it. There’s quite a sweet swaps platform, but it’s hit and miss.
