Make up for 10 year old

It's my nieces birthday next month, and she loves make up, always using her mums. Can anyone recommend any good brands/gift sets for a 10year old? I have 2 boys so this is a new territory for me 😅

Bought our grandson a Frozen nail varnish set for kids, he loves twinkly finger and toe nails. (Amazon)

Colourpop has fair quality and is relatively cheap, loads of stuff like lip balm and sparkly highlighter. Cute little eyeshadow palettes, too.

I'd check that her mum is ok with her having her own stuff. I wouldn't want my 10yo to be bought make up so worth asking if you haven't already.
