I have always had fine hair but since perimenopause hit it is thinner, breaks off and doesn’t grow long. I have been taking vitamins, biotin, unsing products to repair damage etc etc but would love to hear if anyone has found a wonder product that helps.
it is worse of the side I sleep on so bought a silk pillow case but I don’t think it has made a difference.

I will never have luscious thick hair please help I would love for it to be better than it is now please help me !

Rosemary oil apparently.

Honestly HRT was the only thing that helped me

I'm in the same boat, it's getting thinner and crispier. Unfortunately, I can't do HRT.

The jury's out as to whether HRT helps with hair.

Subtle combination of high and lowlights works for me. Swells the hair shaft slightly and gives the illusion of depth.

Been on HRT for two years, no change to my hair either.

The only thing that makes mine look better is keeping it short and messy, which is sad.... I would love long luscious locks. Hey ho.

Unfortunately I can't take HRT but collagen has helped me, along with using Aveda Invati products.

I got a weave before it got too bad. Never had better hair.
