Black tie wedding- HELP!!

Stylish women of MN, I need your help.

I have a family wedding to attend in November. I was going to pull something out of my wardrobe but, to my horror, I've just realised the dress code is Black Tie.

Now I need to find a dress.

I'm a bit nervous about it as the B&G are pretty image obsessed and their friends will likely be similar. I love fashion and like to look nice but I tend to keep it fairly casual. There are going to be lots of women there going full on glam and I'm worried i'll stick out like a sore thumb.

I am a size 14, I don't like my upper arms and I'm a bit self conscious about my tummy/hips. My skin is very fair and I have red hair if that's relevant. I tend to stick to black for formal events (can you wear black to a wedding??) but I've been told I look good in dark green, burgundy or autumnal type colours.

I really don't want to spend more than 100-150 if I can help it as ill probably never wear the dress again.

Help me find a dress please! 😬

This is lovely, you can really dress it up for a wedding or dress it down for work

I REALLY love the print, but not sure about the voluminous sleeves or high neck.
