So much frizz

My hair seems to have dramatically changed since I had my baby 3 years ago. Before this I had fair, thick but dead straight hair. Suddenly my hair is wavy and frizzy as hell with all these really dark (almost black!) hairs. I'm 38 so wondering if it's a hormonal change.
Please help, I have no idea how to style this. This is how it looks after washing with ogx shampoo and conditioner, applying argan hair oil to the ends and leaving to air dry. This is the day after wash day.

Any help/advice very much welcome!

My hair changed loads after having children! I had thick shiny hair..it's now dry, frizzy and thinner.
philip Kingsley pre shampoo elastizer is good - use it 3 times a
week, the effect is cumulative 👍

You obviously have wavy/curly hair. You need to focus on getting moisture into it. Check the shampoo you're using doesn't have sulphates or drying alcohols. Use loads of conditioner and a curl cream. Look into the curly girl method for advice on hair routines and techniques.

Air-drying can also cause frizz so dry it with a diffuser if you can. A satin pillow case of sleep bonnet can also help prevent frizz while you sleep.

There was similar thread yesterday. Loads of good advice on there.
