DD would like a new perfume for Christmas and wants a surprise. The brief- feminine and not too out there or musky.

She is 17. Not keen on the brands marketed to teens. In the past she’s liked Miss Dior, Daisy, Prada.

Is there a light Chanel one she might like? I know she likes the brand generally. Or something else?

thanks

Dd17 has liked Chanel Chance and more so Chanel Gabrielle as neither are too heavy or cloying. She’s asked for Prada Paradox for Christmas

maison-margiela-replica do some lovely perfumes. They sell them in John Lewis. I love beach walk and under the lemon trees.

Chanel Chance is lovely. The spin off versions - fresh and tendre are lovely too and a bit lighter so probably better for her.

I have previously bought my niece (now 21):
Chanel Chance Eau Tendre
Marc Jacobs 'Perfect' (I really like this one!)
Glossier 'You'

My DD (only 14, so younger than yours) really likes Flowerbomb - it's very popular, and I love it too.

Prada Paradoxe is gorgeous

Burberry Goddess. Three different vanillas and a hint of lavender. Smells sexy and grown up but also super sweet.

I bought a Juliette Has A Gun sample set from John Lewis a few years ago and that was lovely. Some really gorgeous fragrances and it was nice to have a selection. They lasted too.
