How on earth do I put flat back earrings in!?

I bought a pair of internally threaded flat back earrings for my lobes. They’re 1.2mm thick and I just cannot get them through the back! They seem slightly thicker than normal earrings and don’t have a sharp point to push through the hole. Any tips!?

Do you mean you put them in from the back? I struggle with these too sometimes, I find the easiest way is to push them in from the front first and wait a few minutes, then take them out and put in from the back. This widens the hole a bit and makes it easier for me to find the piercing from behind.
