Had high hopes when we got it in the UK, but...
Promo discount codes only valid on about 4 brands, or they run a tiny discount off a range so your promo code won't work as it's now 'on sale'. No free sample sachets unless you spend over £40 when the US site always gives them to you. No bonus sample/free item codes like in the US. None of the exclusive brands or Sephora Favourites trial sets you get in the US or France. No decent sales (miss being able to shop the French 'soldes' seasons, or the 20% off everything they have in the US stores). Never any stock for their own-brand makeup (which is pretty good), don't stock the value sets for their own-brand skincare that they have in the US, own brand bath stuff wildly overpriced. Delivery through Evri (who like leaving parcels wherever they feel like); if your item arrived broken due to it being fragile powder wrapped in a cardboard sleeve and thrown into a 'safeplace' ie the bin, it takes them ten working days after your return to deal with your refund.
Also, they stock 'intimate area bleaching cream' according to an ad I just saw on Insta, which can absolutely fuck off.
