Small things to do to spice up your makeup

Hi, dose anyone have any makeup tips to help make a look stand out more? I'm quite curious. I feel like my makeup has become a bit dull lately, alomost like you can see straight through it as just a collection of standard tutorial steps.

I'd love to make some small changes to keep things a bit more interesting. Also, feel free to share any hidden gem products. Thanks!

I like using blush, I feel like it gives a bit more warmth and depth if that makes sense. The Rare Beauty liquid blushes are my favourite. I don't usually wear eyeliner, but when I do I like to have a winged line. I feel like that changes it up a bit. And different lip colours! In Autumn and Winter I like deeper, richer tones. Spring and Summer, more light tones. Again, Rare Beauty have some nice lip oils and I find the colour really lasts.

I need blush I think. I have roseacea though so it's hard.

Highlighter such as the Chanel one in the stick form. It’s quite sheer and doesn’t make you look like you’ve got glitter all over you.

I look like death not even warmed up without blusher. I think eyebrows too but not the very exaggerated ones you see a lot, I’m very pale , hair & skin, & some definition to your lips with a pencil that matches your lipstick. It just gives a better outline with no chance of bleeding.
