Does anyone know where this is from please? Ticks my boxes of smart/practical/dark blue!

I think there’s loads of dark blue coats out there nicer than that one. It looks like it’s too big for her as well.

is it a waterproof coat you want?

I was thinking of a smart wool one. But could could consider a waterproof.
