Stress affecting face. Which products would help?

Was wondering if anyone knows of some decent skin care products or supplements to help with stress. I want to make a hamper for myself.

I’m absolutely exhausted from stress which has affected how I look.

I like the idea of under eye patches as my eyes look puffy, sunken & small. My skin looks greyish and thin. My lips look thin as well.

Any help would be fab! Life will get better soon but in the meantime I just need some help with feeling glowy. I’m drinking loads of water, green tea and taking a multivitamin. I’m sleeping as best I can.

I am 38

Thanks,

Start with a vitamin C serum, I like the Garnier one.

Cereve eye cream is the most relaxing and hydrating eye cream I’ve ever used, it’s so soothing! And avene skin soothing cream to feel like you’ve had a facial x Have to add less screens, more sleep and trying to eat well and drink less caffeine and more water will help too.

Fantastic thank you both so much!

I'd suggest skin and me, I signed up a few weeks ago and they ask questions about lifestyle including stress, sleep etc and tailor the prescription accordingly. It's still early days but I think I see an improvement in skin tone and texture already. I've got a referral discount code if you're interested https://www.skinandme.com/?promocode=KIARAB5JHF

I also find putting an oil on top of moisturiser at night is a quick fix to skin looking more plump and glowy the next day

hope life becomes less stressful soon

Sunday Riley CEO Afterglow is brilliant for instant brightening. It's expensive but you can often find good deals on beauty sites and on QVC.

Hydrating under-eye patches and products with collagen or vitamin C can help reduce puffiness and brighten tired-looking skin.
On the supplement side, Ashwagandha, Magnesium, Probiotics, and Collagen can support stress relief, skin health, and overall wellness. Brands like Purolabs, which focus on clean, science-backed ingredients, often get positive reviews.

What you eat really matters. Raw carrot, pepper, spinach and blueberry and banana smoothie with kefir. You will see a difference over time.

Sunscreens and rich night moisturiser.

Get some nice facial oil and a massage wand.‘something like a Kansa wand. Start to massage your face every few evenings you will help to relax the stressed muscles in your face. I like Fushi oils but there are lots of others to choose.

its like giving yourself a mini facial and works wonders.
