Has anyone received anything from them in good time over the last couple of years? Standard delivery is between 7-10 days. That’s pretty bad, but they also always email to say that delivery has been delayed to due to the high number of orders. God knows when my parcel will arrive. Arket seem to be doing the same.

I think it's just their business strategy,for the entire HM group. They're one of the few still heavily invested in stores and who don't sell through any other platform or brand.

I have never had any huge issues and I only buy in the sale.

I almost posted exactly this thread today. Still waiting almost 3 weeks after placing the order. I like Cos clothes but often need to return due to their inconsistent sizing and can't afford to wait for weeks / possibly months for ordering and return. It's a shame as I have bought lovely things there in the past and don't live anywhere near a physical store but can't see myself ordering online from them again.

Yes, I agree. This has really put me off ordering from them. Returns take an age too and aren’t free.

I ordered from them once and was really disappointed. I received the wrong colour of bag, and one item I ordered was missing (a pair of earrings). Their customer service had the cheek to ask if I'd definitely checked the packaging..! I probably won't order from them again. I was surprised at the poor service, given how much Cos are raves about on here.

Oh and yes, it took ages! Which meant the bag I wanted was sold out by the time I got the wrong one.

I've been trying not to buy a pair of trousers but caved because of free returns, have I got it wrong?

I'm just doing a return today and it's free and straightforward. My order did take a little longer to arrive than some online stores, but not that much.

I only buy in the sale too and haven't had a problem with deliveries. All delivered within the stated time.

Ah I remember this happening years ago ordering from Cos and I've never ordered online from them since! If it still hasn't improved all these years later one can only assume it's intentional like @DreadPirateRobots says to get you to come into the store and probably then spend more money than if you ordered online. It's so frustrating for everyone though!!!

Cos must be listening, my parcel arrived today. I think at least half the problem is that they use Evri, who always seem to take twice as long as other couriers. Though maybe its just where I live.

Anyway, my coat arrived at long last. Now can't decide if I'm keeping it! (it's the wool scarf coat).

No issues. 3-4 days for delivery outside of sale time, 7-10 days during sale time. Returns usually processed within a week, usually in 4-5 days.

Free returns only applies to items bought directly from COS' website. If you're buying COS items from H&M's website, then yes, there's a returns fee.

I find Cos deliveries take the full 10 days to Ireland though so not sure if that adds to the time. I only order from them when I do not intend wearing the items for a couple of weeks.
H&M I find worse, currently still waiting on a large for me order placed 4th October. Have raised a dispute with them via online chat during which one response from them was and I kid you not, deliveries are impacted by Brexit as now coming from Europe instead of Milton Keynes! Eh you’re actually a European company and brexit was some years ago now.

My items weren’t in the sale, and was still told 7-10 days. I don’t have a store nearby so can’t just go in. I’m not impressed. Glad to know I was wrong about free delivery though 🙂

No, it's the shorter length black one, the "oversized". I like it but maybe not enough to justify the price. I can't quite decide, might have to post a photo and get the MN verdict!

Any Cos order I’ve done has taken 7 days. I know they’re not the same company but I was surprised that a Mango order I placed recently took 10 days to arrive (and they didn’t send any communications about a delay).
