Show me your winter boots please!

I’m looking for something comfy and a bit stylish, to wear walking about day to day. At the moment I’m wearing Chelsea boots (with no grip)and Solomon trail shoes! I need something in between. Thanks!

Mostly my Blundstones in burgundy. They go with most of my wardrobe which is mainly navy. They are practical, comfy, not slippery on a frost day. My wardrobe is very casual.

Thinking about these. The Dinkley ones. Does anyone have Lanx boots/shoes? I’ve had my eye on them for a while.

You need black lace up ankle boots with a chunky heel, not full on DMs but the high street have lots of softer versions, that look good with jeans on a weekend, and you can wear with dresses and skirts with black tights for a smarter look. Women in my corporate office wear them.

I'm heading into my third winter with these babies from Gabor. So high, so comfy.

I got these Gabor boots last week, comfortable straight out of the box.

You can't go wrong with Blundstones.

Funnily enough I already have Blundstones and I am in between sizes and they’re just a bit tight. The next size up was too big.

Mine are a little too big, but I wear them with thick socks in winter. I've been wearing them today (in spring) and although they are big they stay in place due to the elastic sides. It would be good if they made them in half sizes though.

I ordered a pair of Lanx and sent them straight back. The ankle tops felt like they would really rub as there was no padding and an eyelit cut into my foot. Shame as I really liked them. Just order them and see what you think. Returns were easy and refund quick. I think I had to pay £2.50 to return.
