What the hell do I wear?

I’m feeling totally lost when it comes to what to wear recently. I’ve lost almost 8 stone in the past 2 years and I’ve always had small breasts so recently had breast implants and an uplift.

Ive gone from a size 20, 40C bra to a size 10, 32 F. I have broad shoulders and long legs.
so a total change. I have fairly wide hips but my bums gone flat lol

What shapes and styles should I look for? I like to look Morden but not super fashionable. I’m 5ft 8 and 40 years old if that helps?

please help :(

It took me a really long time to find my style (and it's still evolving, as these things do), and I found Pinterest helped a lot.

Create a board and at first pin absolutely everything you vaguely like to it. Then go through and look for repeated styles and outfit combinations. Start to whittle the board down to the things you really like, then keep browsing and the algorithm will help you build new ideas.

It takes time, but it's fun, and a better way to start than going round the shops (either in person or online) without a focus.

I do this for my home interiors and garden as well.

Thank you. It’s a complete change so I’m clueless about shopping for my new shape. I have Pinterest boards from when I was heavier and flat chested so I’m going to delete those and make new ones :)

Ive been looking for people on insta with a similar frame and age to me but its a whole new world lol

Just go into a few shops and try a bunch of stuff on!
I feel like with the height and size you are pretty much everything is going to look good so you can wear almost anything well!
