Confused by the Newlook return policy.

I might be being completely confused here.
Could somebody possibly explain the NL online returns policy to me?
I've somehow got it wrapped around my head and it's put me off ordering online.
I saw a box you have to put things in to return in my local branch the other day.
Might have got something into my head and it's actually nothing 😆.

Are you talking about an online order returned to store? Just take it in with original packaging (I mean the package it arrived in) and they will just scan the barcode and that's it.

Do they actually process the return in store still? Like they always have?
I seem to have got wind of it changing.

I had to return one item via post as my local store wouldn't accept it, it may have been a petite item.

Overall from the sounds of it I've got myself confused for no reason 😆

I don’t think they process the refund in store any more, but you can drop the parcel off there

You can no longer take something back to the store and exchange, but they can return it for you in store, and you get refunded to your original payment method....
You also now have to pay to return via post if you don't have a local store to go to!

I haven't returned anything to New Look but was in there recently making a purchase and the person next to me had a return and was instructed to put the taped up parcel in the new returns box at the end of the tills.
Maybe take everything with you including cellotape and ask for help in there?

You need to go through the online returns portal even if returning to a store. It’s free to return to a store, other postage has a charge.
