First time mum here (41) and my make up regime has always been skimpy at best but now my little man is here im lucky to take a baby wipe over my face last thing at night. I wear a light L'Oréal BB cream foundation and whatever moisturiser I can lay my hands on. The pores on my skin are awful !!! Literally like craters ! Any quick easy tips/products to reduce this would be amazing ? x

I have very large pores and acne scarring, what helps me is using a pore minimising primer before hand, and making sure to set my base with translucent powder to mattify my skin and blur texture.

just using Revolution pore blur currently (not the best primer but it’s cheap and does the job)

I also avoid using any blush or bronzer which has shimmer because it will accentuate my skin texture and large pores, I always stick to matte.

Sounds as though your skin could be dehydrated, that tends to make my pores look more obvious.

I suspect it could be the wipes! They can be a bit drying especially if you're using them every day.

Possibly introduce a hydrating layer before moisturiser if you stick with the wipes? I love Dr Jarts Ceramidin liquid, but it's on the pricier side.

I've got a CC cream that shows my pores terribly but normal foundation generally doesn't, particularly No7 Stay Perfect.
