HANDBAG!!!

Help!
I'm searching in vain for a handbag and can't find one I like

Rules are:

Soft brown leather
Long adjustable strap
Decent size, ie messenger

I've dismissed mulberry. Too £££

I'm toying with the osprey runner (anyone got one?)

Don't really want to buy online without seeing it first but Marks, Next, House of Fraser, John Lewis haven't got any I like.

Any other thoughts on where to look?

I know you said you don't want to buy online, but have a look at The Leather Store they have a website and also sell on etsy.

Free delivery, and they accept returns as well. There seems to be a discount on their etsy shop on some items.

They are really good quality bags- I have bought a few !

I have a Leather Store bag - it arrived and was slightly damaged - rivets not put in properly. Customer service was shocking and they didn't want to know

I ended up having it repaired myself, and whilst it didn't cost much it tainted my feelings about the bag and the company.
