Special watch - ideas?

I've a big birthday looming. DH is gifting me a watch. (A special one, to be passed on to my daughter someday).
We’ve had a look at Longines - looking for other brands too. Any ideas?
Preferences: silver/chrome colour. Round dial with a mother of pearl face. Some sparkle on the bezel, hour markers, date marker.
Longines Conquest, shown in pics. The one with extra dial sparkle is very much my style but SO expensive.

When I wanted to buy DC a watch for a special birthday, I used https://www.iconicwatches.co.uk to source the watch. It took a year, as the watch had to be made, but the discount was around £2k. I recommend the company highly.
