Moth damage to twill jacket

Hello
Posting for help or recommendations. My hardly worn Zimmerman jacket has been attacked by moths. I've googled moth repair and as usual on the web there are so many options. Does anyone have any personal recommendations? The jacket is a fine camel brown twill.
Many thanks

Well it won't have been moths themselves, it will have been moth larvae.

Firstly you need to get rid of any moth eggs that might still be in the garment. Washing alone won't remove them. I've heard that people freeze the garment (wrap in a self-contained plastic bag before putting in the freezer) - don't remember how long for, maybe 48 hours? Then take the garment outside and shake well, to dislodge any eggs (don't do it inside, especially if you have wool carpet). Then they wash the garment. I don't know what you do if it's not washable - maybe dry clean?

You can get moth spray suitable for fabrics. As it's a jacket (ie outerwear) I'd use a spray too.
