My dyed naturally wavy hair is dry and lifeless, any recommendations for a good shampoo and conditioner to bring it some life

I find that it’s better not to wash so often.
Buy Rosemary essential oil and put four little drops from the dropper in your palm and apply to the ends of your hair before you go to bed. At the time you may think your hair looks oily but by the morning it will be absorbed and your condition is definitely better (tip from a hairdresser!).
I like System Professional hair and body shampoo(orange bottle -Summer Rehydration) - feels very soft.
Moroccan oil after conditioner on wet hair ( just a tiny bit) also helps.

Mine was like this and I tried loads of different things, what ended up working was the olaplex shampoo and conditioner, I don’t use the bonding treatment just the shampoo and conditioner.

Try to use Curlygirl-compliant products. Use www.curlsbot.com to check whether the shampoo/conditioner/other hair product you want to use contains ingredients that will dry your hair out. Shampoo far less often than you are used to, and wash with just conditioner between shampoos.

I shopped around a lot. Up until peri my hair was wonderfully manageable with bog standard cheap products and I really wanted to stay in that price point. I spent a year just committed to trying loads of products. In the end I settled on Aveda, cavy fermenter which one but its the teal bottle. I hate that it's so expensive but I do at least wait for sales. The only thing i have outside of this range is a hair oil from The Ordinary. I added some rosemary essential oil to it to make it smell nicer.
